Derek Redmond has been undertaking corporate speaking engagements as usual this month. However, Derek, who is passionate about motivating young people to fulfil their potential, also spoke at West Herts College at the end of November, as part of an event encouraging students into higher education. He also delivered a presentation to the Smallford and City campuses of Oaklands College, in an enrichment programme designed to offer students extra-curricular activities that will enhance their learning. Derek was extremely well received at both events, and still no one has beaten him at completing a Rubik’s Cube!
